Mission Statement
Joy Church uses the Gospel as the foundation to proclaim the truth of God. We will do our best to share the Gospel horizontally by sharing it with families and vertically, by teaching it to children. We have received the calling to be a church body that puts effort into our city and world missions through service, training, and sharing the Gospel.
Core Value
1. We believe that God’s Word is the sole principle that guides our church, family, and work. We do our best to hear and learn God’s Word.
2. We do our best to overcome racial differences by becoming one through the love of Christ. We believe that this will be achieved when we become one with the Holy Spirit.
3. Our church will help our members to participate in the work of God by helping them to discover their gifts and talents. We are building a church where Christ is the head and the members make up the body of Christ.
4. By having 3 generations worship together, faith will be passed down to the children and God’s Kingdom will grow and the next generation will become God’s people and do their best for God’s Kingdom.

Joy Church Introduction
For everyone who has come to Joy Church, we hope that you will overflow with God’s love and grace of Christ’s salvation.
Joy Church is a Southern Baptist church that is a member of the American Southern Baptist denomination, and it is located in Stafford, and we are a part of the Southern Baptist Fredericksburg network.
“A church body that brings joy to God and people” has been our motto since 2010 and we started as Joy of Living Water Church in Stafford, VA, and in order to share the gospel to all nations, we changed our name to Joy Church starting in 2018, and every member is living as a missionary at home and at work with the purpose of being a “missional church.”
Joy Church is a body that has the love of Jesus, service, and sharing and through the reading of the Bible it is building a healthy church and healthy members, and we are a church that glorifies God with our glorious worship to God.
At Joy Church, the first generation, second generation, and third generation worship together in one place and we are moving in the direction of having “3 Generation United Worship,” and the whole family spends time together in God’s Word, and we will do our best to have the next generation inherit their faith and become a faithful noble family.
In regard to the world, Joy Church is fulfilling God’s dream “to save the lost, to make them disciples of Christ, to provide spiritual guidance for the church and the world, and to send those who are ready to places where the gospel needs to be heard.”
Joy Church has in-person worship as well as online worship simultaneously.
God uses the remnant “the ones who are left” to bring the next generation into God’s Kingdom and become God’s people. I bless you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ to be the “one person” that God is seeking, and to be “the ones who are left” in this time during the pandemic.
